These terms govern your use of Cortox, a software service operated by Cortox LTD, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, UK WC2H 9JQ ("Cortox", "we"). By creating an account or using Cortox, you agree to these terms.
Cortox is an AI-assisted customer management application that helps you organize customers, products, proposals, tasks and related business activity, and lets you or your team interact with an AI assistant to work with that data faster.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable plan until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from within Cortox; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to:
Cortox's AI assistant can summarize information, draft content (including proposals), and suggest actions. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing anything the assistant drafts — especially content sent to your customers — before relying on or sending it.
You retain ownership of the business data you put into Cortox. You're responsible for having the right to use and store that data. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Cortox, including its software, design and branding, is owned by Cortox LTD. These terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.
You may stop using Cortox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay applicable fees.
Cortox is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cortox LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms as Cortox evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let active subscribers know. Continuing to use Cortox after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
